1. General Return Policy

2. Eligible Products & Services for Returns

  • Software & Digital Products: Refunds are only provided for defective or non-functional software keys that cannot be activated. Customers must provide proof of the issue within 7 days of purchase.

  • Custom Development & Design Services: Due to the nature of custom work, refunds are not available once the project has commenced. However, we offer revisions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Hosting & Domain Services: Hosting services are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been utilized or configured. Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable.

  • Marketing Services: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the campaign. Completed services are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Licensed software keys once activated.

  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or used.

  • Completed graphic design, web development, or software customization projects.

  • Domain names, once registered or transferred.

  • Any services that have already been fully delivered.

4. Refund Process

  3. Approval & Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Where applicable, RODH-IT may offer an exchange instead of a refund, particularly in cases of defective software keys or incorrect product delivery.
